Momelya allows event owners to create private event pages where guests can upload photos and videos. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Event owners are responsible for:

• Choosing appropriate event settings and visibility options.
• Sharing event and guest links responsibly.
• Ensuring they have the right to collect and process event media.
• Responding to guest concerns about uploaded media where applicable.

Guests must only upload media they have the right to share. Guests must not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or privacy-violating content.

You must not upload or share content that:

• Violates another person’s privacy or rights.
• Contains illegal, abusive, hateful, or exploitative material.
• Contains malware or attempts to disrupt the service.
• Violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

The service may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Event data may be deleted according to retention settings, owner requests, legal obligations, or service abuse rules.

Momelya is provided as a tool for event media collection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data caused by user action, or misuse of shared links.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
