Momelya is a digital service and does not involve delivery of physical goods. The service scope is defined by the current information presented during purchase or activation.

Plan scope and access status are shown in the relevant product and transaction screen.

Withdrawal and refund requests are assessed under applicable consumer law and the status of the transaction. A consumer may communicate a withdrawal decision in a clear statement.

When performance begins during the withdrawal period at the consumer’s express request, the legal consequences are applied according to the information and consents given at the time of the transaction.
