This policy applies to event owners who create events and guests who upload or view event media through Momelya.

Depending on how the service is used, we may process:

• Account information such as email address and display name.
• Event information such as event title, date, settings, and public slug.
• Guest information such as guest display name and guest access code.
• Uploaded media such as photos, videos, thumbnails, file metadata, and upload timestamps.
• Technical data such as request logs, browser/device information, and security-related records.
• An event-specific, short-lived anonymous session identifier and aggregate usage counters for event analytics.

We use personal data to:

• Create and manage event pages.
• Allow guests to upload and view media.
• Provide personal gallery access using guest codes.
• Generate secure media links and prevent unauthorized access.
• Maintain service security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
• Provide event owners with limited statistics about participation, media usage, capacity, and link sources.
• Comply with legal obligations and deletion requests.

Uploaded media may be visible to the event owner and, depending on event settings, to other guests through the event gallery. Event owners control whether the public gallery is hidden, open, or personal.

Momelya may use third-party infrastructure providers for authentication, database hosting, object storage, deployment, and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.

Event media and related records are retained according to the event plan and retention settings. After the retention period expires, public access may be blocked and data may be deleted according to service rules.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. Event owners may request deletion of their event data. Guests may request deletion of media they uploaded.
