Questions before choosing
The essentials about event-based packages and activation.
Are packages subscriptions?
No. Current Momelya packages are selected per event rather than as recurring subscriptions.
How many events does one package cover?
A package and its capacity apply to one event. Each new event has its own package selection.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. An event owner can use the existing upgrade flow. Paid upgrades remain pending until the payment flow is completed.
How do photo and video limits work?
The active package defines per-guest and total event limits. The current values are shown in the package cards and comparison.
Which packages include RSVP and the guest list?
RSVP, guest management, and photo tagging are available with Plus, Premium, and Custom packages.
Why do Free downloads include a watermark?
Free events keep Momelya branding on downloaded photos. Plus and above provide high-quality downloads without the watermark. Uploaded photos may be resized or recompressed for gallery delivery.
What happens when retention ends?
Event access may close when its retention period ends. If retention extensions are active, the available choices appear in the event creation flow.
How do paid packages work?
The event flow opens secure Lemon Squeezy checkout. Paid features activate only after the provider confirms payment; a pending request may remain while confirmation is in progress.
