Personal data may be processed by Mekan Yönetim Kurumsal Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti., as controller, to provide and secure the Momelya digital service, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Account and contact details, event information, uploaded media, and usage and security records may be processed. Transfers are limited to necessary providers and applicable legal obligations.

You may send KVKK requests to legal@momelya.com. Requests are taken with the information required to verify identity and answered as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days according to their nature.

Data subjects may exercise their KVKK rights by applying to the controller.
